  • If the heating does not work even after checking all of the above checks, do as below.

    > If the actuator fails, separate the valve body and the actuator for emergency heating.  
    > Use a manual valve to turn on/off the heating.  
    > Request warranty after emergency heating.  

  • The boiler heats up even though the set temperature is lowered.

    1. Check: Is the actuator and valve loosely assembled?  
    > Action: Turn the actuator and valve connection clockwise to secure the loosened connection.  

  • Even though the thermostat heating indicator mark and the actuator lamp are on, there is no heating.

    1. Check: Is there any debris in the pipes?  
    > Action: Clean the strainer before using it.  
    2. Check: Is there any AIR pocket in the piping?  
    > Action: Remove the AIR before using it.  
    3. Check: In case of individual heating, is the boiler operating normally?  
    > Action: Ask the boiler manufacturer for after self-testing the boiler.  

  • The thermostat heating indicator is on but no heating.

    1. Check: Is the thermostat set temperature lower than the room temperature?  
    > Action: Set the set temperature higher than the room temperature.  
    2. Check: Is the LED lamp on the actuator at the bottom of the sink on?  
    > Action: When the thermostat heating icon is on, make sure that the actuator LED lamp in the room is on at the same time.  
    3. Check: Is there a sound of heating water flowing through the distributor pipe at the bottom of the sink?  
    > Action: If there is no sound, contact the management office  

  • The thermostat LCD screen does not come on.

    1. Check: Is the power plug not out?  
    > Action: Plug in the sink lower motor controller power plug.  
    2. Checked: Is the thermostat engaged in good?  
    > Action: If it is not closely attached to the wall, request an aftersales service.
