In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Resideo Co., Ltd. establishes and discloses the following guidelines for processing personal information to protect the personal information of the data subject (customer) and to facilitate the prompt and smooth handling of such grievances.

1. Personal information is processed for the following purposes and is not used for any purpose other than the following.
- Inquiries, consultations and customer service regarding customer requests

2. Processing and retention period of personal information
① When collecting personal information from the data subject, Resideo Co., Ltd. processes/holds personal information within the agreed personal information retention/use period or the personal information retention/use period under laws and regulations.
② The specific processing and retention period of personal information is as follows.
- Customer subscription and management: Until the termination of the service use contract or membership registration; Provided, That if the bond/debt relationship remains, until the settlement of the bond/debt relationship
- Record of contract/contract withdrawal, payment, goods, etc. in e-commerce: 5 years
