In October 2018, Resideo became independent from Honeywell and officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange as resideo (NYSE: REZI).

Resideo is an automatic control company for heating and cooling, ventilation and security in Honeywell, which introduced the world's first thermostat prototype to the market in 1885.

Since Korea started its business in 1984, it has contributed to the improvement of the residential culture of apartments in Korea by continuously introducing differentiated technologies and products based on its own R&D and production capabilities.

"At the same time, we are expanding our business to many countries in the Asia-Pacific region based on our success in the Korean market. Recently, market and customer demand for convergence between industries has been increasing."
